Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade

~     4 Butterfly Pea Flowers

~     Water

~     Lemonade

~     Lavender Simple Syrup (optional)

 

Place Butterfly Pea Flowers in a 16oz jar and fill with water. Let steep on counter for 12 hours. Strain flowers.

In a glass with ice, fill ¾ way full of tea. Add simple syrup to taste and stir. Fill the rest of the glass with lemonade. Mix and watch the colors change.

Optional: garnish with a lemon and a few lavender petals. Add edible glitter to have a galaxy aesthetic.
