Most of my recipes are hot infusion with a crock pot. If you want a alternative way to infuse, read ahead!
What You'll Need:
- Herbs of choice
- Carrier oil of choice
- Parchment paper
- Sterile glass jar
- Skewer or stick
What To Do:
- Add herbs to fill the jar
- Add oil to cover the herbs. Use the skewer to mix the herbs to ensure everything is covered and air bubbles are eliminated.
- Cover the top of the jar with parchment paper before fitting the cap. Mark the Jar with the date.
- Store in a dark, cool place. Shake Daily for 4-6 weeks.
- Strain through cheesecloth or a mesh strainer.
